AIWEST-DR has been an annual routine event since 2016, serving as a platform for disseminating findings and research results in disaster management. This activity serves as an effort to assess scientific methods, produce and disseminate scientific knowledge, exchange ideas and information freely, respect the diversity of ideas and approaches, maintain public accountability, achieve excellence and integrity, and present accurate, peer-reviewed, and reputable science. It is expected that 4 keynote speakers and 9 invited speakers will contribute to this event. In addition to hosting speakers, TDMRC, as the event organizer, will propose special issue publications in reputable international journals, Scopus indexed proceedings, and accredited national journals. The goal of AIWEST-DR is to facilitate the strengthening of partner networks in disaster management for strategic communication in the exchange of ideas, information, and diversity.
